How to Use:
Step 1 - Outline and Fill:
Outline the shape and fill in sparse areas of the brow using Brow Definer, blending through with the spoolie brush.
Step 2 - Detail:
Starting at the highest point of the brow, apply hair-like strokes using Brow Pen. Use light pressure and work in the direction of hair growth to create natural dimension.
Step 3 - Finish:
